During her last year as a 16-year-old Rotary Youth Exchange student Charlotte Burgess travelled from her quiet rural community near Drury, NZ, to a very different world in Alta Gracia, Argentina. A project initiated by Charlotte while in Argentina is nearing completion and will significantly benefit the children at the Rector Avanzi Preschool in Alta Gracia by adding an outside shelter.
